Two distinctive and delightful villas will be constructed in a private, beautiful corner of Phuket Island. Designed by Gary Fell of Gfab architects. This project offers seclusion in th southeast corner of the island with large view lots over looking nearby small islands in Phang Nga Bay with Phi Phi Island in the distance providing an interesting view of the active marine life in the region. Both plots have access to year round sheltered deep water all weather mooring.

Gary Fell has designed two large homes each designed to fit into and aound the interesting contours of the large 2 rai or one acre plot of undulating land filled with mature trees.

At this project, they will build two different homes that are open to catch the natural trade winds which blow off the surrounding sea. One villa is 780 sqm and the larger one is 850 sqm. Both are spread over three ascending levels with four bedrooms and many water elements with planters and have different yet compatible designs. Extra amenities include a steam room and AV centre as well as Western Kitchen, wine cellar and generous accommodation for maids.

The project is a boutique development of just seven villas with a private road and 24 hour security services with full villa management. The location on the charming east coast allows for morning light to warm interiors but allows for a cool afternoon away from the heat of the western coast.

Locasted just minutes south of Phuket City and convenient shopping and entertainment options, and there is also near resorts at Makham Bay for leisurely dining and shopping pleasure.

These two specail homes will be built as places to relax and enjoy the beauty of nature. The views are endlessly engaging onto the tropical islands dense with foliage and fringed with silver crescents of white sand beach.
