All pavilions in each villa have an ocean facing view with some plots on the ridge affording a double sided ocean view.
Floor space at each villa is designed for daily living and each have service areas, store rooms and staffquarters. Standard floor areas range from 800m² for a 3 bedroom villa to over 2,000m² for a 6 bedroom villa.
In summary, the living space is private and luxurious where interior and outdoor areas merge effortlessly. Warm earth tones, clean lines and an imaginative use of natural materials, combine with modern amenities, large window areas, terraces and balconies in relaxing harmony. The infinity pool stretches over the terrace area, overlooking a breathtaking vista of islands and onto the horizon beyond.
