Situated in Rawai, this modern design villa is built to the highest standard using natural materials. Just minutes for Rawai beach and Promthep Cape, the property is located off the main road in its own secure environment.
The area is popular with expats and Thais, with boating and diving being main leisure activities.
Phuket International Airport is sixty minutes drive away.
The villa has its own security wall and electronic gate. The community consists of just four identical villas built by the same German developer. The property is built using specially imported blocks designed to help keep the building cool and reduced energy loss. White granite is used expensively both inside and outside the property. Large floor to ceiling windows using heat reflective glass has been used in the build.
