The villa is built on five levels. From the car park area, the villa is entered through two beautifully carved wooden doors. There is a breathtaking view of Surin Bay. Staff quarters are located to the left of the entrance level and to the right is a fully equipped modern kitchen with 6-burner gas range, two double bowl sink units, fridge/freezer etc. sufficient to provide hotel standard catering.

The second level consists of three individually styled wooden paneled Thai pavilions each with one large bedroom with en-suite bathrooms and dressing areas. One of the bathrooms includes an outside sunken marbled bath nestling in the lush tropical foliage.
The bathrooms all have bath tubs and twin vanity wash basin units with black marble tops, separate shower and toilet cubicles.

The third level is devoted to dining and relaxing with a large dining and living room with high ceiling and large wooden fans and decorated with Jim Thomson fabrics.
The dining table easily accommodates 10 people. The sound system connects to all of the outside areas of the villa. Outside of the dining room to one side is a balcony area set for casual dining and on the other side is an under cover but open air dining area including a wet bar offering casual dining for up to 10 people surrounded by beautiful antique statues and wall artefacts and an outdoor sound system.

The fourth level is dominated by a superb 25 metre infinity edge swimming pool and sundecks.
There is an outside shower and bathroom/changing room.
Level four also includes the fourth bedroom with large outside terrace. Mature trees line a part of the pool providing shaded areas and privacy.

Level five includes an intimate sala area and a study/reading room which can be utilised as a fifth bedroom with attached shower and bathroom facilities.

The area is on the beach line with access to the rocky shoreline and to Surin Beach.
