This private Estate is set on Phuket’s exclusive Kamala coastline, home to the island’s most extravagant and sought after properties. This zone of elegant villas is home to those wishing privacy and the finest architecture and living elements available in the region.

Villa Nr.8 sits on three separate and private levels within this security gated estate. The Upper level presents contemporary Thai inspired pavilions set around the tiled 22 metre long infinity pool and garden landscaping. The pavilions feature traditional Thai hand made ceramic tiles and teak wood floors and are joined by a sand washed floor in all common areas.

At the north end of the pool is the main bedroom it has its own separate living room, sleeping area, large changing and wardrobe rooms and swimming pool overlooking the Andaman Sea.

Behind the pool is the dining pavilion with an outdoor lounge which can accommodate a large party and at the southern end of the pool is the living room where guests can gather to enjoy the magnificent sunsets. The fully equipped kitchen is set behind these main living areas in a pavilion joined by a private library. This is the main living area for the estate.

An staircase takes guests down to the Middle level which there are seven separate guests’ quarters. The Middle level provides ultimate privacy to the seven separated living areas, each with their own infinity pool. At the north end of the Middle level is a fitness centre and entertainment room with its own private entrance.

Behind this area, is a large room designed as the Villa’s main entertainment/media zone with in house security monitors and operations nearby.

Across from the pool sits another large bedroom with large twin beds and separate bathroom.

From another entrance to the Middle level is a one bedroom suite with separate living area and private bathroom, Jacuzzi and infinity pool.
