With views from Nai Yang in the north to Kalim in the south, this villa’s location is superb. The sound of the ocean is ever present.

This four bedroom villa is set on three easy levels. The first of which leads from the large covered carport to the sala and water features and onto an open plan living area with the Andaman Sea as a perfect back-drop. The master bedroom is to the right with a beautiful en-suite bathroom and open air Jacuzzi with views of the ocean. A further master guest bedroom is to the left with superb sea views once again.

Downstairs is the main deck and pool area. A large living area has plenty of room for informal dining under on pavilion. A large deck area with shaded terrace makes for the perfect place for relaxing. The infinity-edged pool takes the eye straight to the deep blue water of the Andaman Sea beyond. On this level are a fully equipped steam/treatment room and a professional home office with high-speed internet connection, fax and telephone lines. The well equipped gymnasium complements the feeling of health and well-being in this area.

A European standard kitchen complete with granite surfaces etc is located adjacent to the Dining pavilion. This area is a special place for dining and enjoying a perfect sunset. Floor to ceiling glass maximise the views while the air-conditioning keeps the diners cool and free to enjoy the evening.

On the third level, a games room complete with pool table and full length wine chillier is a popular area together with the home theatre room. Two spacious guest bedrooms with sea views and wonderfully fully appointed en-suites complete this level.
